ordering

is only accepted through orderform on www.hydra1250.de.
Shipping costs are automatically filled into the order form. After receiving the order form we will send you an email with estimated period of delivery and bank details.
If the ordered models are not in stock, delivery time can result in to several weeks. If production delays occure you will be informed by email as soon as possible.

right to revoke

in the legal sense does not exist, because the models are produced specially for this order.
However you can cancel your order during 3 days by email.

payment

only in advance by bank transfer (including 19% MwSt).
The amount has to be transferred to my account at least 3 days before the planned delivery date. The invoice is shipped with the models.
Deliveries into foreign countries can cause additional costs for customs, taxes, etc. These are to paid from the buyer.

shippment

is handled insured with DHL to the address filled into the address formular.

right of return

is guaranteed only in case of wrong or defect products. Please send an email immediately after receipt in this case. After returning the products it will be delivered a replacement. Costs are borne by the vendor.
